Silent install of Meshmixer 3.2

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a distribution of Meshmixer 3.2, although I've got the /S working, this does not select the language.  Is there a switch or configuration that can default to English so this can be silently installed?

This is already fixed and will be available in the next release.

I've also got an issue with the silent switch as it nevertheless produces popups/windows asking for language and so on, so it's not an unattended install. I need this to install meshmixer via the chocolatey software manager (https://chocolatey.org/packages/autodesk-meshmixer/3.2). Looking forward to the fix, thanks!

It is illegal to distribute Meshmixer installers via 3rd party services. We kindly ask you to remove Meshmixer installers from Chocolatey. You can link to meshmixer.com/download.html instead.

I just read your response, thanks! I'm not the site admin of chocolatey.org, yet as a maintainer I was able to unlist the packages for meshmixer from their search. The installer binaries of meshmixer are not redistributed via chocolatey, but the chocolatey script points to the original installer listed under meshmixer.com/download.html. More information: https://chocolatey.org/docs/package-triage-process#are-you-a-software-vendor
If the terms of service are indeed violated - possibly 2.1.1 (g)? - could you please fill out the form https://chocolatey.org/packages/autodesk-meshmixer/3.2/ReportAbuse to let the site admins know they have to remove any meshmixer package permanently?
And if you'd be so kind, respond to this post if there's a violation, so i would know, too. Thanks!

Last time we checked the installers were coming from totalvirus.com domain and not from our site. Those should be removed. Hope this helps. Thank you!

Not for long. When you see a new beta or a new release announced please do participate in user testing. This helps a lot.

I see now that the 3.3 release is out of beta. I can confirm that the /Q switch works. Thank you for that. However, I am having no luck getting the install to complete successfully when deploying from SCCM. Even launching in user context with interaction (as admin of course) results in a failed install status (SCCM) and no app installed. I found the VC++ 2015 x64 install log and see that it returns a non-zero exit code (since it is already installed and newer) but that also happens on a successful manual install.

Where can I find the MeshMixer installation log? If there is not one auto generated what would be the command line switch to generate one?
