Creating A Shader

I can't find a tutorial on how to make a fitting shader for my mesh.

I have a Drawing I turned into a .obj mesh from Photoshop, saved the drawing itself to a transparent .png, but importing that .png as a shader does not fit the mesh when imported into Meshmixer.
