So far what I have tried:
- Updating graphics/bios/chipset drivers
- Changing to another graphics card in the same machine (quadro 1700)
- Trying two other devices (Precision T1500 w/Quadro 580[clean install] and a HP Elite X2)
- Uninstalling and re-installing the MSVCR for 2012 (both 32/64bit)
- Run-as administrator
- Re-install MM
- Proxy details were entered and no error message after test

There is another computer in the organization that can run MM fine so I don't believe its an environment issue.

Is anyone else able to provide any information on what could be the issue. Or if there are any known conflicts with other program etc?

Also what are the actual requirements for MM as far as hardware and libraries installed on a computer?
