Python scripting question
« on: November 13, 2015, 05:46:17 PM »
Greetings!

I've been looking at the python scripting implementation and I'm trying to understand how to modify settings in a specific function.

For example, if I want to access the Plane Cut function, based on the example provided, I would simply use cmd.AppendBeginToolCommand("planeCut")

But if I want to access a setting within the Plane Cut dialog (e.g. the cutType parameter and changing the setting from Cut to Slice), I would use cmd.AppendToolParameterCommand?

If it is still useful - yes, that is how you would do it.
